I’ve paid 2500p before for private taxi from Cebu city to hagnaya/bantayan. It’s not that expensive really if you are in a group. Take a local taxi from the airport to your hotel, say if you are staying a night in Cebu- which I recommend. DUring your journey with him just strike up a convo- he probably will already.
